Birthday parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at either 11am or 2pm!

The Birthday Party Package includes:

  • Watering Can front deck space next to Wild Burger across from playground in North America
  • Zoo admission for you and your guests
  • Reusable Tote with animal plush
  • Cheese/pepperoni pizza and water service
  • Party set up: all paper goods and tablecloths
  • Party clean up
  • Additional add-ons available! Speak with our catering sales team to find out more. 
Number of Participants: Up to 15 guests $600, 16-20 guests $650, 21-25 guests
(Maximum) $700

*NC Zoo Society members receive a 10% discount off complete party package price.

A deposit of $100 will hold the day and time until you can send in the balance due two weeks prior to the party date.

Need to Know:

  • No outside food or beverage is allowed, however, you are allowed to bring in a birthday cake since we do not provide one.
  • Prohibited items: balloons, confetti, glitter, etc. A full list of prohibited items can be found on the zoo's website.
  • Please note the Zoo's hours change based on the time of year: April - October 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; November - March 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Public picnic areas are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rainchecks can be offered due to weather conditions.
